I. Pet Vaccinations 

For the safety of All Pets who get on the treadmills, we require all dogs to be current on their Rabies, Distemper-Parvo and Bordatella (Kennel Cough) Vaccinations. 

Failure to maintain up-to-date vaccination records during scheduled services will immediately cancel all scheduled services until proof of current vaccination has been provided.

II.  Payment Options 

We Accept Check, Mastercard, VISA, Venmo and Zelle (Clients are strongly encouraged to make advance payments) There will be a $15.00 surcharge for non-sufficient funds.

III. Cancelation Policy 

1. The client agrees to keep their scheduled session; however, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way and rescheduling or canceling is needed. The client agrees to let us know, at minimum, by 8 pm the day before their session. Cancellations made the same day will result in a $25 cancellation fee, and any sessions canceled within two hours of the scheduled time will be charged at full cost of the missed session. 

2. No Shows:

If RunPaws Mobile Fitness arrives for a scheduled service and is unable to gain access to the Dog(s), the full-service charge will be incurred. 

IV. Injuries: 

While we do our best to ensure the safest environment for your pets, however on the rare occasion an injury does occur RunPaws Mobile Fitness will immediately notify the owner and will not be held liable for any veterinarian fees.

VI. Photos: 

RunPaws Mobile Fitness reserves the right to take photos of the pets and share them on our social media platforms. If you do not want your pet photographed, please let us know.

V. Acknowledgement and consent:

Upon executing this release, the client agrees to hold harmless and release RunPaws Mobile Fitness LLC from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage.
